Glaser’s Gorse Punch
(cocktail recipe by : Nick Strangeway)
- 60 ml Compass Box Oak Cross
- 70 ml Cold golden tip pure tea
- 20 ml Blood orange sherbet
- 45 ml Rhubarb syrup
- 10 ml Lemon juice
- 20 ml Ginger Beer
Stir over rock ice and garnish with seasonal fruit (if possible garnish with gorse flowers).
